Service Standards

We implemented two new service standards for the resolution of low- and medium-complexity objections, 180 day resolution and 365 day resolution respectively, in order to provide you with more timely service.

Our objections webpages have been updated to provide you with greater clarity concerning your recourse options, as well as the resolution timelines for low- and medium-complexity objections.
