What we did to clarify information about payment options

Payment Improvements

Payment improvements to the Help pages in My Business Account clarify how to transfer a payment, transfer a credit or initiate a payment search so users are better informed on how to resolve misallocated payments.

We also made the remittance voucher order form more prominent in My BA, added a clear explanation about why magnetic ink is required by banks, and the reason why we issue personalized remittance vouchers.
