The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) takes pride in serving millions of Canadians each and every year. We want taxpayers and benefit recipients to have a good service experience. While we aim to make things faster and easier, sometimes that hasn’t been the case for everyone.
We believe that by putting people and their needs at the centre of everything we do, we’ll create a better experience for those we serve. So as a first step, we have created the role of the Chief Service Officer who will lead us through this change.
We know we have work to do and we are listening, learning and challenging ourselves to do better and give everyone the type of service they expect. That is why we want your feedback. It is important to hear from you so we can find out where we can improve our services.
